We are the central IT institution closely linked to academia at the University of Siegen, responsible for contemporary, innovative, and cost-effective IT and media services to meet the needs of users in administration, study, research, and teaching.
About us
We drive and manage the process of innovation and digitisation at the University of Siegen, developing and providing new technology. We are responsible for the further development and security of the digital infrastructure. To meet this mission, we offer good work, team, and organizational structures.
We see ourselves as competent innovators and advisors.
We, the Centre for Information and Media Technology (ZIMT), are a service-oriented, central institution closely linked to academia, providing reliable and tailored services in information and media technology. We are a qualified partner for projects from various target groups in administration, study, research, and teaching at the University of Siegen.
